Gastronomic delights in Indre-et-Loire

In Touraine, the land of the legendary giants Gargantua and Pantagruel, ours is a gourmet restaurant Touraine which stands for art de vivre - eating well, living well and feeling good. Chef Frédéric Collin serves a sophisticated cuisine inspired by regional produce, the seasons, and locally-sourced meats, in perfect harmony with the surroundings. Originally from a neighbouring region, he trained with Michelin-starred chefs in Paris such as Philippe Braun (Restaurant Laurent) and Christian Le Squer (Restaurant Ledoyen) before returning to the Val de Loire to make a name for himself. After three wonderful years at the Abbaye de St-Ambroix at the heart of Bourges, Frédéric Collin set up shop at the Château de Noizay to explore new gourmet horizons…

You will find impeccable service and a wide selection of wines in our two restaurant rooms, bathed in the light of the château and the Loire.

The restaurant and the hotel are open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner.
Closing of the hotel & Restaurant: Sunday and Monday.


A delicious way to start the day

Start the day properly with a good breakfast! In the elegant setting of the restaurant or on the terrace if the weather allows, or even in your room, you can choose from a range of menus, including continental breakfast, American breakfast or just a hot drink (tea, coffee or hot chocolate).
A buffet of fresh fruit and cereal is available, and included with the continental and American breakfast.
