For full-board seminars, the rate in double occupancy is per day.
The menus are elaborated in advance, and it is the same for all the group.
SEMINARS FOR ONE DAY
(Welcome coffee, lunch, cocktail, mineral water, wine included : ½ bottle per person,
coffee, 1 break, seminar room and its office tools).
REGULAR MENU: €68 per person
DEGUSTATION MENU: €76 per person
Annual closing time: from mid-January to mid-March.
Our rates are valid from march 16th 2013 to march 29th 2013 and from
November 1st 2013 to January 19th 2014 (days off and week-end not included).
The present rates can be revised without notice. Should the economic situation change.
Rates are all taxes included.
Reservation policy: We require a 30% deposit to confirm the reservation
and the total prepayment 15 days before arrival date.
Cancellation policy:
From 30 to 15 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the deposit.
From 15 to 8 days before the arrival date, we keep 50 % of the deposit.
Less than 8 days before the arrival date, we charge the whole prepayment.
During the stay if you leave earlier than previously booked, it will be whole charge.
